  • Why should I book using this website?

    By booking on this website, you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control/flexibility over your booking.

  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

     Standard check-in time is 2pm.

  • Can I arrive late?

    Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 8:30pm on the day of your booking.

  • Do you have onsite parking?

    Yes, 1 car parking space available per room. 

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, all rooms are non-smoking/vapour.

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    No restaurant at the Property.

  • Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

    Yes, we have Free unlimited WIFI in all our rooms.

  • How close are you to the shops?

    2 minutes by car to Ulladulla town Shopping Centre or 5-10 min walking distant.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

  • How do I guarantee my booking?

    Valid Credit card details are required to secure room booking.

  • Do you have a gym?

    No gym at property however there is Anytime Fitness within walking distance and 5min drive to Ulladulla Leisure Centre.

  • How close are you to restaurants?

    We are also within 2-5 minutes’ walk / drive to restaurants and fast-food outlets including, McDonalds, Subway, Hayden's Pie, Oporto, Zambrero, Domino’s Pizza, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Carlo’s Italian Ristorante Bar & Seafood and Tony’s Italian Restaurant.
